We are a small specialised consultancy firm conducting evaluations of humanitarian demining, weapons control (conventional weapons destruction) and human security programming. We combine best-practice in monitoring and evaluation techniques along with wide-ranging research, consultation and specialist advice to produce clear-sighted reporting.

We conduct assessments and conflict analysis in complex and evolving situations worldwide. Through extensive experience in program design and delivery our advice can inform real-world strategies for program design and implementation.

Founder & Advisor

Calvin has 18 years’ experience delivering and directing mine action and weapons control programs across 30 countries.

He has designed, led and evaluated US-funded security assistance projects supported by the State Department. He is experienced at executive level with cross-functional teams, crisis management, strategy, and stakeholder engagement.

Tom is a senior INGO leader with a 17-year track-record of designing, establishing and leading innovative human security interventions in response to conflict.

He is expert in conflict assessment and analysis, impact evaluation and providing strategic advice to Governments on humanitarian mine action and weapons control programing.
